Arranging a few cheeses on a plate is simple, but crafting a balanced, elegant, and visually attractive cheese board is truly an art form.

We’ll cover all the aspects of designing a refined cheese board, including cutting techniques, selecting accompaniments for the best pairing experiences, balancing different cheese types and working with themes.

Afterward, you'll get to craft your own cheeseboard, perfect for taking home or enjoying right at the Bistro! This board will include three cheeses, a type of meat, two macarons, and an assortment of fruits, vegetables, nuts, crackers, and jam.
