Banquet
3 cheeses (more quantity per person than the Casse-Croûte), 1 meat, 1 dip, jam, baguettes, crackers and accompaniments like seasonally fresh and dried fruit, nut. Choose this one for a late afternoon reception or a good snack over the dinner hour.
Festin
4 cheeses, 2 meats, 2 dips, 2 kinds of jam, crackers, baguettes and accompaniments like seasonally fresh and dried fruit, nuts. Choose this one for over the dinner hour and ensure no one goes hungry.
Raclette Station
Choose how many servings per guests and some add-ons.
